The Losange Consortium entrusted to Proef the construction of FTTh network in the department of Marne, France.
The objective of the Losange project is to design, build, operate and market fiber optic network in the region of Grand Est, in the northeast of France, for a period of 35 years!
This public-private partnership, which represents an investment of 1.3 billion euros, is led by the representative institution of the region (Grand Est) with the participation of other well-known shareholders such as Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (33%), Fonds Quaero Infrastructure (25%), Fonds Marguerite (22%), NGE Concessions (10%), Altitude Infrastructure (10%).
Proef France will initially connect fiber in 4,188 homes, with the possibility of reaching 35,000 homes per year! The works include the elaboration of the project, negotiation of authorizations, civil construction (opening of trenches) stringing aerial cables, ducts and connection to client’s homes.
Proef France is proud of its participation in this project, which aims to guarantee a excellence coverage 100% based on fiber-optic networks , that promotes the development of digital services of local communities and stimulates diverse sectors of the economy such as education, health, transport, administration, tourism, culture.
